Everything went well until I tried to stay for a additional night, and the staff person took a very long time to tell me NO and didn't offer any suggestions which I found on my own under the same Hyatt Hotel located only a few minutes away. Jonathon was very helpful and informative but when I went to check out I didn't receive the same courtesy from the outgoing clerk. Didn't catch his name but he was more interested in speaking to the passing women. Definitely feel he needs customer service training because he didn't do Hyatt hotel any justice at all. I was easily able to book a room myself in minutes which he could have done as well.

As soon as I walked in the door I was in awe! As a Travrl Agent, this location was one of the best I'd ever visited and had the pleasure of reviewing! It was almost immaculate. I brought a couple of my clients with me and the staff was super friendly and welcoming! They made sure we had everything we needed. Our accommodations were very clean and comfortable and the free full breakfast was great! It's the first time in along time that I enjoyed what was on a menu at chain hotel. I will definitely recommend this location to my clients. Looks like I've found myself the perfect accommodations each time I visit the area as well. 😊

When I informed the staff, they were very understanding and helpful. Someone was always present at the front desk. Good breakfast. Comfortable, clean and spacious room. Also, they had very reliable and fairly fast EV chargers in their parking lots. The location is great too. Overall, we had a good stay.

Nice location EV charging stations on site, decent breakfast. Cable in room, which is spacious and full of amenities. Beds were comfy and a closet for luggage. It was also nice and quiet during my visit.

I choose this location mainly because of the EV chargers. The hotel was great and being able to fill up my Tesla sealed the deal. The rooms are clean and large, and the staff is great.
